1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, which are designed for newborns and packaged in a sealed, sterile manner for hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
We take product integrity seriously and ensure that all items are shipped in perfect condition, as displayed on our website.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@babylilukit.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.

For orders shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days. However, due to hygiene regulations, the item must remain sealed, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
