Return and Refund Policy - Baby Lilu Kit
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products, which are designed for newborns and packaged in a sealed, sterile manner for hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
We take product integrity seriously and ensure that all items are shipped in perfect condition, as displayed on our website.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@babylilukit.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the highest level of hygiene and safety for our customers, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used baby products
- Hygiene-related items (including baby nail care kits, teethers, rattles, and similar products)
- Personalized or custom orders
- Sale items or gift cards
3. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for hygiene-related items. If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us, and we will arrange a replacement if applicable.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
If your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at info@babylilukit.com.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days. However, due to hygiene regulations, the item must remain sealed, unused, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
